: CoWorkIndia provides shared office space for startups and small companies who are looking for professionally managed office space. Currently we have office space for more than 300 people across multiple facilities in HSR Layout. CoWorkIndia is in expansion phase and we expect to open four centers across Bangalore in the next one year.

Requirement
: Housekeeping supervisor at CoWorkIndia oversees the houskeeping staff, ensures scheduled cleaning and handles escalations. This role ensures that office space is maintained neat and clean and SLAs are adhered to. The Houskeeping Supervisor is responsible for training housekeepers, ensuring supplies are ordered and stocked in advance, maintaining a roster and schedule
Key Responsibilities:
Staff Management:
Train, and supervise housekeeping staff, including ad hoc workers
Schedule staff shifts and manage time-off requests to ensure adequate coverage.
Conduct regular performance evaluations and provide feedback to staff.
Inventory and Budget Management:
Monitor housekeeping supply inventory levels and order supplies as needed.
Manage the budget, ensuring cost-effective use of resources.
Maintain accurate records of purchases, usage, and waste.
Health and Safety Compliance:
Ensure the work place comply with all health and safety regulations.
Conduct regular inspections and maintain a clean and sanitary office space environment.
Implement and oversee safety procedures, including proper storage and handling of cleaning chemicals.
Customer Service:
Address any concerns or complaints from customers and staff regarding housekeeping.
Foster a positive experience for customers and staff.
Administrative Duties:
Maintain accurate records of inventory, staff hours, and other administrative tasks.
Prepare reports as required.
Qualifications:
Excellent communication skills, verbal and written. Hindi is a must and a modest understanding of English is preferred.
High school diploma or equivalent; additional education or training preferred.
Minimum of 2-4 years of experience in housekeeping, with at least 1 years in a supervisory role.
Strong leadership and interpersonal skills.
Excellent organizational and time management abilities.
Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and handle multiple tasks simultaneously.
Proficiency in using cleaning equipment and understanding of housekeeping practices.
Ability to stand for extended periods.
Manual skills for handling cleaning equipments
Should have a two wheeler license and own two wheeler to move around to our offices (within HSR Layout)
Working Conditions:-
The position involves working in a office environment with exposure to heat, noise, and odors.
The role may require early morning or occasional evening hours depending on the office's schedule and events.
