Supervise daily housekeeping operations to ensure cleanliness and hygiene standards across rooms and public areas.
Assign tasks to housekeeping staff and monitor performance throughout the shift.
Conduct room inspections and ensure all rooms meet hotel quality standards.
Coordinate with front office for room status and guest requests.
Train, guide, and support housekeeping associates for efficient work processes.
Maintain housekeeping inventory, linen stock, and cleaning supplies.
Handle guest complaints professionally and ensure quick resolution.
Ensure compliance with safety, sanitation, and hygiene policies.
Prepare daily reports and update occupancy/room readiness.
Skills & Requirements:
Proven experience as Housekeeping Supervisor in hotels or resorts.
Strong leadership and team management abilities.
Knowledge of cleaning procedures, equipment, and chemicals.
Good communication skills and customer service orientation.
Ability to work under pressure and manage multiple tasks.
