Key Responsibilities:
Supervise room attendants and housekeeping staff.
Ensure rooms, corridors, and public areas meet cleanliness standards.
Conduct room inspections and report maintenance needs.
Manage staff schedules, training, and daily task allocation.
Ensure availability of cleaning supplies and inventory control.
Handle guest requests and resolve housekeeping-related issues.
Skills Required:
Strong knowledge of hotel housekeeping standards
Team supervision and coordination skills
Attention to detail and time management
Good communication and guest-handling ability
Experience in hotel/resort housekeeping preferred
