Quality control:
Conduct regular inspections of guest rooms and public areas to ensure they meet cleanliness and safety standards.
Inventory management:
Monitor and manage the stock of cleaning supplies, linens, and other amenities, including ordering and tracking usage.
Guest services:
Respond to guest inquiries, complaints, and special requests promptly and professionally.
Operations management:
Oversee daily housekeeping operations, coordinate with other departments (like maintenance and front desk), and ensure compliance with health, safety, and sanitation regulations.
Documentation:
Maintain records of cleaning schedules, inventory, staff attendance, and maintenance issues.
