Job Description

Manages the daily operations of a housekeeping department, ensuring cleanliness standards are met, staff are trained and managed effectively, and inventory is maintained. Oversee and manage housekeeping staff, assign tasks, schedule shifts, and provide training and guidance. Ensure that all areas are cleaned and maintained to the required standards, and conduct inspections. Maintain inventory of cleaning supplies and order them when needed. Ensure compliance with safety and hygiene standards. Coordinate with other departments to ensure smooth operations. Handle guest requests or concerns related to housekeeping services. Train new employees on cleaning procedures and safety protocols. Work with other departments to provide excellent guest service. Evaluate staff performance, provide feedback, and take corrective action when necessary. Ensure the quality of cleaning services by inspecting rooms and common areas.

Pay: ₹18,000.00 - ₹25,000.00 per month
