Schedule and manage staff shifts, including covering absences and adjusting staffing levels.
Cleanliness and Maintenance:
Inspect guest rooms and common areas to ensure they meet cleanliness standards.
Develop and implement cleaning procedures and protocols.
Report and address maintenance issues promptly, coordinating with the engineering department for repairs.
Inventory and Supply Management:
Manage the inventory of cleaning supplies, linens, and other essential items, ensuring sufficient stock levels.
Order supplies as needed, adhering to budget constraints and minimizing waste.
Guest Service and Complaints:
Respond to guest requests and complaints in a timely and professional manner.
Address any issues related to cleanliness, maintenance, or housekeeping services.
Compliance and Safety:
Ensure compliance with all relevant safety and sanitation regulations.
Implement and enforce safety protocols for staff and guests.
Administrative Tasks:
Perform administrative tasks such as preparing reports, tracking attendance, and managing payroll.
