We are seeking a detail-oriented and organized Housekeeping Supervisor to oversee the daily operations of our housekeeping team. As a Housekeeping Supervisor, you will ensure that our facilities are maintained to the highest standards of cleanliness and organization, while providing exceptional leadership and guidance to your team.
Responsibilities:
-Supervise and coordinate the activities of housekeeping staff
- Conduct regular inspections to ensure high
-quality cleaning standards
- Assign tasks and duties to team members
- Monitor and control inventory of cleaning supplies.
- Train new staff members and provide ongoing coaching and feedback
- Handle guest complaints and concerns in a professional manner
- Maintain accurate records and reports
- Collaborate with other departments to ensure seamless operations
- Implement and maintain safety and security protocols _Requirements:
- 3+ years of housekeeping experience, with 2+ year in a supervisory role
- High school diploma or equivalent
-Excellent communication and leadership skills
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
- Strong attention to detail and organizational skills
- Availability to work flexible hours, including weekends and holidays
