Job Summary:

We are looking for an experienced Housekeeping Supervisor to oversee daily housekeeping

operations. The ideal candidate should have hands-on experience managing housekeeping teams

and a strong understanding of housekeeping chemicals such as R1, R2, R6, and others used for

cleaning and maintenance.

Key Responsibilities:

? Supervise and coordinate housekeeping staff to ensure cleanliness and hygiene across all

areas.

? Assign daily tasks, monitor performance, and ensure timely completion of work.

? Inspect rooms, offices, restrooms, and common areas to maintain high standards of

cleanliness.

? Ensure proper and safe use of housekeeping chemicals, including R1, R2, R6, and other

cleaning agents.

? Maintain inventory of cleaning supplies, equipment, and chemicals.

? Conduct training for housekeeping staff on cleaning procedures, chemical usage, and safety

practices.

? Handle staff scheduling, attendance, and shift planning.

? Address complaints or issues related to housekeeping and ensure timely resolution.

? Coordinate with facility management for special cleaning tasks and requirements.

Required Skills & Qualifications:

? Minimum 5 years of experience as a Housekeeping Supervisor or Senior Housekeeping Staff.

? Strong knowledge of professional housekeeping chemicals (R1, R2, R6, etc.) and cleaning

equipment.

? Ability to manage, guide, and motivate housekeeping teams.

? Good communication, leadership, and organizational skills.

? Understanding of safety and hygiene standards.

? Ability to work in shifts and manage multiple tasks efficiently.

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: ₹10,000.00 - ₹30,000.00 per month
