Job Roles & Responsibilities:

We are seeking a reliable and experienced Housekeeping Supervisor to oversee the cleanliness and organization of our farmhouse. The ideal candidate will have a minimum of 5 years of experience in housekeeping, preferably in a hospitality setting. The Housekeeping Supervisor will be responsible for supervising and coordinating the activities of the housekeeping staff, ensuring that all guest rooms and common areas are clean and well-maintained.

Responsibilities:

Supervise and train housekeeping staff. Assign duties and inspect work to ensure compliance with cleanliness standards. Maintain inventory of cleaning supplies and equipment. Coordinate with other departments to ensure guest satisfaction. Respond to guest requests and complaints in a timely and professional manner. Ensure compliance with all safety and sanitation policies.

Qualifications:

Minimum of 5 years of experience in housekeeping, preferably in a hospitality setting. Strong leadership and communication skills. Ability to work well under pressure and in a fast-paced environment. Knowledge of safety and sanitation standards. High school diploma or equivalent.

Pay: ₹20,000.00 - ₹25,000.00 per month
