POSITION : SUPERVISOR

REPORTING TO : BRANCH MANAGER

QUALIFICATION : GRADUATION

EXPERIENCE : 2 YEARS & MORE

JOB DESCRIPTION

Key areas of responsibility:

1. To supervise maintenance & housekeeping staff and provides them with necessary support, technical expertise and guidance.

2. To be responsible for the working condition of U.P.S., drainage system, lifts, diesel generator set, boilers, fire safety system, R.O. System, public announcement System & report incase of any problem.

3. To ensure that all the diesel generator sets are in working condition.

4. To monitor meter readings of H.T. & L.T. .

5. To ensure that there is uninterrupted electrical supply to the hospital.

6. To ensure preventive maintenance as per the schedule.

7. To be responsible for the maintenance and trouble shooting of water supply and drainage systems.

8. To be responsible for the lighting, Air condition and Electrical D.B.'s in the hospital.

9. To ensure that the nurse calling systems are in working condition.

10. To ensure that log books are well maintained.

11. To prepare daily reports and submits to Support Service Manager.

12. Be responsible for the maintenance of all facilities in the hospital.

13. To maintain appropriate departmental documentation.

14. To treat all communication about patients, staff, and other organizational business confidentially.

15. To be involved in quality Assurance / Quality control activities.

16. To perform all the jobs as may be assigned due to exigencies of work.

17. Participation in Continuous Quality Improvement.
