Job Summary:

We are looking for an experienced and responsible

Housekeeping Manager

to manage complete housekeeping operations at our

Managing Director's residence

. The candidate must stay on-site and ensure high standards of cleanliness, hygiene, and household management at all times.

Key Responsibilities:

Overall supervision of housekeeping activities at MD house Daily cleaning, upkeep, and hygiene of rooms, washrooms, kitchen, and common areas Manage and supervise housekeeping staff (maids, helpers, etc.) Allocate daily tasks and ensure work quality Laundry management including washing, ironing, and wardrobe upkeep Inventory management of cleaning supplies and household items Coordinate with vendors for maintenance, pest control, and deep cleaning Ensure guest readiness and special arrangements when required Maintain discipline, confidentiality, and privacy of MD family Available on-call for household requirements (24/7 presence)

Eligibility & Requirements:

Minimum 10

years experience

as Housekeeping Supervisor / Manager (preferably in residence, hotel, or guest house) Good knowledge of cleaning standards, chemicals, and equipment Ability to manage staff and daily operations independently Trustworthy, disciplined, and well-mannered Physically fit and ready for residential duty Hindi required; basic English preferred
