Job Title: Housekeeping Supervisor

Location: Cuttack.

Salary: Rs. 12000/- to Rs. 15000/-

Educational Qualification:

Graduation.

Key Responsibilities:

Supervise housekeeping staff and assign daily cleaning tasks. Inspect rooms, common areas, and facilities for cleanliness and order. Train and mentor housekeeping employees on cleaning techniques and safety protocols. Maintain inventory of cleaning supplies and ensure timely replenishment. Address Customer complaints and ensure customer satisfaction. Enforce hygiene and sanitation standards in compliance with regulations. Schedule shifts and manage staff attendance. Coordinate with maintenance teams for necessary repairs. Prepare reports on housekeeping activities and submit them to management.

Requirements & Skills:

Proven experience as a Housekeeping Supervisor or similar role. Knowledge of cleaning procedures, sanitation regulations, and safety standards. Ability to use industrial cleaning equipment and products. High school diploma or equivalent (preferred).

Pay: ?12,000.00 - ?15,000.00 per month
