The Housekeeping Supervisor - Room Division is responsible for supervising room attendants and ensuring guest rooms, corridors, and public areas meet the hotel's cleanliness, hygiene, and quality standards.
Key Responsibilities
Supervise and coordinate the work of room attendants and housekeeping staff
Inspect guest rooms, bathrooms, and corridors to ensure cleanliness standards
Ensure rooms are cleaned and released on time as per front office requirements
Maintain coordination with Front Office for room status updates
Train staff on cleaning procedures, SOPs, and safety standards
Ensure proper use and handling of housekeeping equipment and chemicals
Monitor linen, amenities, and cleaning supplies inventory
Handle guest complaints and special requests professionally
Maintain lost & found records accurately
Ensure compliance with hygiene, safety, and hotel policies
Skills & Competencies
Strong knowledge of housekeeping operations and room cleaning standards
Good leadership and team-handling skills

Effective communication and coordination skills
Ability to work under pressure and manage time efficiently
Qualifications
Diploma / Degree in Hotel Management or Housekeeping preferred
2-4 years
of housekeeping experience, including supervisory exposure
Working Conditions
Rotational shifts, including weekends and holidays
Physically demanding work environment

Pay: ₹20,000.00 - ₹30,000.00 per month
