Key Responsibilities:
Supervise and coordinate housekeeping staff and daily work schedules
Inspect rooms and public areas to ensure cleanliness and quality standards
Train, guide, and evaluate housekeeping team members
Maintain accurate records of housekeeping inventory, including supplies, linens, and equipment
Monitor stock levels and request supplies as needed
Ensure proper use and storage of cleaning materials
Ensure compliance with health, safety, and hygiene regulations
Report maintenance issues and coordinate with relevant departments
Handle guest requests and complaints professionally
Requirements:
Proven experience in housekeeping or a supervisory role
Strong leadership and organizational skills
Ability to maintain accurate records and manage inventory
Attention to detail and commitment to cleanliness standards
Good communication and team management skills
Ability to work flexible hours, including weekends and holidays
