Mukat Hospital & Heart Institute is seeking dedicated and compassionate Housekeeping Supervisor to join our team. The Housekeeping Supervisor is responsible for overseeing the cleanliness, sanitation, and maintenance of all hospital areas, ensuring a safe and hygienic environment for patients, staff, and visitors. The supervisor leads a team of housekeeping staff, assigns tasks, monitors performance, and ensures compliance with hospital policies and health regulations.

Supervise housekeeping staff including room attendants, janitors, and custodians. Create and manage staff schedules, shifts, and task assignments. Train new employees and conduct ongoing training for hygiene standards and hospital protocols. Conduct daily inspections of patient rooms, operating rooms, public areas, and staff facilities. Ensure cleanliness, sanitation, and disinfection meet hospital and infection control standards. Report maintenance issues and coordinate with the maintenance department.
