Quality Control:
Inspect rooms and common areas to ensure cleaning meets established standards, ensuring sanitation and safety protocols are met.
Inventory & Maintenance:
Monitor cleaning supplies, linens, and equipment, ordering replacements as needed, and reporting needed repairs.
Guest Relations:
Address and resolve guest complaints or requests regarding housekeeping services promptly and professionally.
Operations:
Develop and implement efficient cleaning procedures, maintain records, and collaborate with other departments.
Conducting daily staff briefings.
Performing physical checks of assigned areas.
Reporting maintenance issues to relevant teams.
Assisting with cleaning tasks when short-staffed.
Ensuring compliance with health regulations (especially in healthcare settings).
