Key Responsibilities
Supervise and guide housekeeping staff during daily shifts
Inspect guest rooms and public areas to ensure quality standards
Prepare daily work schedules and assign tasks to staff
Train new staff on cleaning procedures and safety standards
Coordinate with maintenance and front office teams
Handle guest requests and resolve housekeeping-related complaints
Maintain inventory of housekeeping supplies and linens
Requirements
Minimum 1-3 years of experience in hotel housekeeping
Basic knowledge of hotel standards and procedures
Good communication and leadership skills
Ability to manage a team and work under pressure

Pay: ₹15,000.00 - ₹20,000.00 per month
