Key Responsibilities:
Supervise and coordinate daily housekeeping activities across the campus
Ensure cleanliness and hygiene of classrooms, offices, washrooms, and common areas
Allocate duties, monitor staff attendance, and ensure work schedules are followed
Train housekeeping staff on cleaning procedures, equipment usage, and safety standards
Monitor usage and storage of cleaning materials and equipment
Coordinate with maintenance and admin teams for repairs and upkeep
Maintain basic records related to manpower and materials
Ensure compliance with safety, hygiene, and school protocols
Skills & Competencies:
Strong organizational and time-management skills
Good communication and interpersonal abilities
Ability to lead and motivate a housekeeping team
Thorough knowledge of cleaning procedures, equipment, and safety standards
Basic computer proficiency (MS Word, Excel, email)
