Job Title: Housekeeping Supervisor

Salary: ?18,000 - ?22,000 per month

Job Summary:

We are seeking a dedicated and experienced Housekeeping Supervisor to lead our housekeeping team in maintaining cleanliness, hygiene, and overall upkeep of our property in Arpora, Goa.

Key Responsibilities:

Responsible for managing housekeeping staff. Supervise and coordinate daily housekeeping operations. Train, guide, and evaluate housekeeping staff. Maintain inventory of cleaning supplies and coordinate with procurement. Create staff schedules and assign duties effectively. Handle guest complaints and resolve housekeeping-related issues promptly. Ensure compliance with safety and hygiene regulations.
Requirements:

Proven experience as a Housekeeping Supervisor or similar role.
Strong leadership and organizational skills.
Knowledge of cleaning chemicals and supplies.
Ability to manage a team and work under pressure.
Good communication skills in Hindi and/or English.
