Responsibilities
Supervise and coordinate the activities of housekeeping staff.
Ensure adherence to cleaning schedules and protocols.
Conduct regular inspections to maintain cleanliness standards.
Train and mentor housekeeping team members.
Ensure compliance with safety and GMP regulations.
Handle inventory and procurement of cleaning supplies.
Address and resolve any housekeeping-related issues promptly.
Collaborate with other departments to support facility maintenance.
Qualifications
High school diploma or equivalent.
Experience in a supervisory role, preferably in a pharmaceutical or healthcare setting.
Strong knowledge of cleaning protocols and safety regulations.
Excellent organizational and leadership skills.
Ability to work effectively in a team environment.
