Ensure all restaurant areas (dining area, washrooms, service stations, back area, etc.) are kept clean and presentable at all times.
Clean tables, chairs, floors, glass panels, and decor items regularly.
Maintain high hygiene standards as per restaurant SOPs.
Waste Management
Dispose of garbage safely and ensure dustbins are cleaned and sanitized regularly.
Segregate waste as per company guidelines.
Washroom Maintenance
Clean, sanitize, and replenish washroom supplies frequently.
Ensure washrooms remain clean throughout the shift.
Inventory & Supplies
Monitor housekeeping supplies (cleaning agents, tissues, hand wash, sanitizer, etc.) and inform the supervisor for replenishment.
Support to Operations Team
Assist service team in maintaining cleanliness during peak hours.
Ensure quick table turnover by cleaning and resetting tables efficiently.
Safety & Hygiene Compliance
Follow all cleaning and sanitization SOPs.
Handle chemicals and cleaning equipment safely.
Report any maintenance issues (lights, AC, plumbing, etc.) immediately.
Requirements:
Prior housekeeping experience in hotels or restaurants preferred (not mandatory).
Basic understanding of cleaning procedures and hygiene standards.
Physically fit and able to handle fast-paced work.
Positive attitude, discipline, and willingness to learn.
Ability to work in shifts, weekends, and festival days.
