We are on the lookout for motivated Housekeeping Staff to ensure the highest standards of cleanliness and comfort in our resort. This is an excellent opportunity for entry-level candidates to gain hands-on experience in a dynamic hospitality environment. For those willing to relocate to Goa, we offer a supportive package including meals and accommodation.

Key Responsibilities:

Cleaning Duties:

Maintain the cleanliness of guest rooms, common areas, toilets, and bathrooms. Ensure all areas are sanitized and hygienic.

Room Preparation:

Prepare rooms for new arrivals, including linen changes and restocking amenities.

Laundry Assistance (as needed):

Assist in sorting, washing, drying, and folding linen and uniforms.

Teamwork:

Collaborate with the housekeeping team to achieve daily cleaning goals.

Training and Development:

Participate in training sessions to enhance cleaning techniques and knowledge of hotel operations.

Requirements:

Experience:

No prior experience necessary. Training will be provided.

Skills/Knowledge:

Basic understanding of cleaning procedures (training provided for hotel-specific standards). Ability to learn and adapt to hotel cleaning protocols. Physical stamina to perform cleaning tasks.

Flexibility:

Willingness to work on rotational shifts, including nights, weekends, and public holidays.

Relocation (If Applicable):

Willingness to relocate to Goa, with the benefit of company-provided meal facilities and accommodation.
