Housekeeping Responsibilities

Clean Guest Rooms:

Perform thorough cleaning of all surfaces, including dusting furniture, polishing walls and furnishings, and sanitizing bathrooms.

Maintain Cleanliness:

Vacuum carpets, sweep and mop floors, and ensure public areas (e.g., hallways, lobbies) remain neat and tidy.

Replenish Supplies:

Restock guest amenities such as toiletries, clean linens, towels, and other essentials.

Manage Linens and Trash:

Replace soiled linens with fresh ones, remove trash, and clear room service items from rooms and hallways.

Report Maintenance Issues:

Inspect rooms for damages, broken fixtures, or faulty appliances, and promptly report them to the supervisor.

Ensure Safety and Security:

Adhere to safety protocols, complete mandatory safety training, and ensure rooms are guest-ready.

Interact with Guests:

Respond to guest requests and handle queries politely and professionally.

Manage Housekeeping Cart:

Keep the housekeeping cart stocked, organized, and clean with required supplies and equipment.

Efficiently complete tasks with consistency and dedication.

Customer Service:

Handle guest interactions courteously and professionally.

Effectively manage tasks, supplies, and room status.

Familiarity with Cleaning Equipment:

Proper use of vacuums, mops, and other housekeeping tools.

Pay: ₹13,000.00 - ₹14,000.00 per month
