maintaining the cleanliness, orderliness, and presentation of guest rooms, outer areas, and public spaces
. This multi-tasking role requires excellent organizational skills, attention to detail, and the ability to work efficiently across various areas of the resort to ensure a welcoming and hygienic environment for all guests.
Clean, sanitize, and maintain guest rooms, bathrooms, and balconies.
Make beds, change linens, and replace towels and toiletries.
Vacuum carpets, mop floors, dust furniture, and polish fixtures.
Ensure room amenities (tea/coffee supplies, toiletries) are fully stocked.
Inspect and report any maintenance issues or damages in the guest rooms.
Outer Areas & Public Spaces Maintenance
Clean and maintain outer areas, including walkways, garden spaces, and patios.
Sweep, mop, and disinfect public spaces, including lobbies, lounges, and hallways.
Empty trash bins and replace liners in public areas.
Ensure all outdoor and public area furniture is clean and presentable.
Maintain poolside and recreational areas by keeping them tidy and sanitized.
Laundry & Linen Handling
Collect and deliver soiled linens to the laundry area.
Replenish fresh towels, sheets, and guest supplies in rooms.
Ensure linen storage areas are organized and well-stocked.
Guest Interaction & Service
Provide friendly and professional service to guests.
Respond to guest requests promptly (extra towels, pillows, etc.).
Ensure guest privacy and handle personal items with care.
Cleaning & Safety Standards
Follow all health and safety regulations, including the proper use of cleaning chemicals.
Use protective equipment and adhere to hygiene standards.
Maintain proper storage of cleaning supplies and chemicals.
Ensure compliance with the resort's cleanliness and sanitation protocols.
Qualifications & Skills:
1-3 years
of housekeeping experience in a hotel, resort, or similar environment.
Knowledge of cleaning chemicals, proper storage, and sanitation techniques.
Ability to multitask and manage time efficiently.
Physically fit and able to lift/move heavy objects when needed.
Strong attention to detail and organizational skills.
Positive attitude and strong work ethic.
Willingness to work flexible hours, including weekends and holidays.
