Clean and sanitize guest rooms and bathrooms daily according to set standards.
Make beds and change bed linens.
Dust furniture and fixtures.
Vacuum, sweep, and mop floors.
Empty trash and collect debris.
Supply and linen management:
Restock guest rooms with necessary supplies like toiletries, towels, and beverages.
Stock and organize the linen closet and housekeeping cart.
Assist with laundry duties such as washing, drying, and folding.
Public area maintenance:
Clean and maintain cleanliness in common areas, such as lobbies and hallways.
Clean and restock public restrooms.
Reporting and safety:
Identify and report any maintenance issues, such as broken fixtures or safety hazards, to supervisors.
Follow all health, safety, and sanitation policies and procedures.
Properly clean, disinfect, and store all equipment after use.
Guest assistance:
Respond promptly to guest requests and inquiries.
Provide professional and friendly service to guests.
Report and turn in any lost and found items.
