The Housekeeping Room Attendant is responsible for cleaning and servicing guest rooms to ensure a pleasant and comfortable experience for guests. They maintain the highest standards of cleanliness and presentation in all rooms and public areas.
Key Responsibilities:
Clean and tidy guest rooms according to hotel standards
Make beds and change linens daily or as required
Dust, polish, and vacuum rooms and corridors
Replace used amenities (e.g., toiletries, towels, water bottles)
Report any maintenance issues or safety hazards to the supervisor
Replenish cleaning supplies and guest room amenities
Follow hotel procedures for lost and found items
Ensure guest privacy and hotel security procedures are followed
Handle guest requests courteously and promptly
Assist with cleaning of public areas as assigned
Follow health, safety, and sanitation guidelines
