Job Description

Cleaning and Sanitizing:

Thoroughly clean and sanitize guest rooms, including bedrooms, bathrooms, and living areas. Make beds and change linens and towels. Dust, vacuum, and mop floors. Clean and polish furniture, fixtures, and windows. Clean and disinfect bathroom facilities, including sinks, toilets, bathtubs, and showers. Empty trash containers and ashtrays. Stocking and Maintenance: Replenish guest room amenities, such as toiletries, towels, coffee, and stationery. Restock the minibar with beverages and food items. Organize and maintain a clean and well-stocked housekeeping cart. Report any maintenance issues, damages, or safety hazards in a timely manner. Guest Services and Communication: Greet guests with a friendly and professional demeanor. Respond promptly and courteously to guest requests, such as for extra supplies or specific cleaning times. Handle guest inquiries and provide basic information about the facilities. Adhere to hotel policies regarding guest privacy and security. Report and store lost and found items according to procedure.
