Job Description

Training Delivery:

Conduct regular training sessions on housekeeping protocols including cleaning techniques, chemical usage, waste management, infection control, etc. Provide patient care training focused on basic nursing assistance, personal hygiene, mobility support, and patient interaction. Develop and deliver induction training for new hires and refresher training for existing staff.

Training Development:

Design training materials, manuals, and modules tailored to specific client or facility needs.

Stay updated with the latest best practices, safety regulations, and healthcare guidelines.

Assessment & Evaluation:

Conduct assessments and practical evaluations to monitor trainee understanding and skill levels.

Provide constructive feedback and maintain training records for performance tracking.

Compliance & Standards:

Ensure all training programs align with healthcare and housekeeping regulatory standards (e.g., NABH, JCI, OSHA).

Promote and instill a culture of cleanliness, empathy, and professionalism.

Coordination & Reporting:

Coordinate with HR, facility managers, and operations teams to schedule and customize training sessions.

Prepare and submit periodic training reports, feedback summaries, and improvement plans.

Qualifications:

Graduate in Nursing, Healthcare, Hospitality, or related field.

Certification in Housekeeping Management or Patient Care is an advantage.

Pay: ?15,000.00 - ?18,000.00 per month
