Staff management:
Hire, train, and supervise housekeeping staff to ensure all cleaning tasks are completed efficiently and to the highest standards.
Budget and inventory:
Manage the department's budget, control costs, and oversee the ordering, stocktaking, and inventory of cleaning supplies and equipment.
Quality assurance:
Regularly inspect and monitor all office areas, including public spaces, offices, and restrooms, to ensure they meet the company's cleanliness and presentation standards.
Health and safety:
Ensure that all housekeeping staff adhere to relevant health, safety, and sanitation regulations.
Scheduling:
Create and manage staff work schedules, ensuring adequate coverage for daily operations.
