Role Description

This is a full-time, on-site role for a

Housekeeping Manager

based in

Hyderabad

. The Housekeeping Manager will be responsible for supervising and coordinating the daily operations of the

housekeeping team

, ensuring cleanliness, hygiene standards, and guest satisfaction. Responsibilities include scheduling shifts, training and managing staff, conducting regular inspections, maintaining inventory and supplies, and addressing guest inquiries or issues related to housekeeping. The role also involves implementing and maintaining health and safety standards as well as contributing to an exceptional guest experience.

Qualifications

Proven expertise in housekeeping management, operations, and maintaining high cleanliness standards. Ability to effectively train, manage, and lead a team of housekeeping staff to ensure daily operations run smoothly. Strong organizational and time management skills to oversee schedules, inventory, and quality checks. Excellent communication, problem-solving, and guest service skills to handle inquiries and resolve issues professionally. Proficiency in using technology and housekeeping management software is a plus. Background in hospitality or travel industry preferred; bachelor's degree in Hotel Management or a related field is an advantage. Commitment to maintaining health, safety, and hygiene standards, with a keen eye for detail.
