Manage and oversee daily housekeeping operations across the property
Ensure high standards of cleanliness, hygiene, and maintenance in guest rooms and public areas
Supervise, train, and schedule housekeeping staff
Maintain inventory and ensure proper use of housekeeping supplies
Coordinate with other departments to ensure smooth operations and guest satisfaction
Address and resolve guest complaints in a professional manner
Implement and uphold housekeeping SOPs and hotel standards
Requirements:
Minimum 3 to 5 years of experience in housekeeping, preferably in a managerial role
Strong leadership, organizational, and communication skills
Detail-oriented and hands-on approach
Degree or diploma in hotel management is an advantage
Should be available to join immediately
