Housekeeping Manager

You are at the heart of the hotel! As a Manager Housekeeping , you will take ownership of guest rooms, ensuring that our guests are provided with a clean, comfortable space, and be a part of creating a memorable experience for them.

What you will be doing:

• Responsible for maintaining all areas as per the specified standards.
• To assign duties, inspect work, and investigate complaints regarding housekeeping service and equipment and hence take corrective action.
• Coordinate operations with Department Associates, Team Leaders and other Departmental Managers to ensure operational readiness, efficiency in resource utilization, and the prompt delivery of services.
• Respond to customer queries by resolving issues in a timely and efficient manner to ensure customer satisfaction.
• Ensure that Housekeeping team is familiar with the in-house facilities for the purpose of assisting guests.
• Maintain appropriate standards for uniform and hygiene
• Take initiative to add a personalized experience for the guest

Your experience and skills include:

• Warm and caring personality; previous housekeeping experience is an asset
• The suitable Candidate should have minimum 4 Years of relevant experience.
• Ability to clearly delegate tasks and responsibilities. Ability to think strategically, inductively, and creatively.
• Ability to anticipate and focus attention on guest needs, being professional and welcoming
• Excellent organizational skills and time management
