Job Description

As Housekeeping Manager, you will provide leadership and management for personnel. Accepts responsibility for the health, safety and welfare of guests and employees. Be accountable for all personnel actions, assets, and personal property and the results of their use. Represent the organization to civic, business, industry and local government?.

What You Will Do

To develop, with the aid of key personnel, strategies and programs to ensure the attainment of the organizations goals and objectives. Implement development and training programs in housekeeping department to produce in-depth qualified personnel Establish the source of business available to the hotel and establish priority and sales opportunities in the development of that business. This position requires full time residence at the property
What You Bring

8-12 Years of Hotel Operations and/or Housekeeping experience High energy; ability to engage closely with ownership Strong service culture
Job Type: Full-time

Pay: ₹30,000.00 - ₹40,000.00 per month
