What You Will Do
To develop, with the aid of key personnel, strategies and programs to ensure the attainment of the organizations goals and objectives.
Implement development and training programs in housekeeping department to produce in-depth qualified personnel
Establish the source of business available to the hotel and establish priority and sales opportunities in the development of that business.
This position requires full time residence at the property
What You Bring
8-12 Years of Hotel Operations and/or Housekeeping experience
High energy; ability to engage closely with ownership
