Key Responsibilities:
Supervise and manage the housekeeping team, including scheduling, task allocation, and performance monitoring.
Ensure cleanliness and hygiene standards are maintained in all areas (offices, washrooms, common areas, etc.).
Train housekeeping staff on proper cleaning procedures, use of equipment, and safety practices.
Conduct regular inspections of facilities and ensure maintenance issues are reported and resolved.
Maintain housekeeping supplies and inventory, ensuring stock is ordered and replenished as needed.
Handle staff attendance, discipline, and resolve conflicts when necessary.
Prepare daily/weekly reports on housekeeping operations.
Ensure compliance with health, hygiene, and safety regulations.
Coordinate with other departments (Admin/HR/Facilities) for smooth operations.
Requirements:
Proven work experience as a Housekeeping Manager or Supervisor (hospitality, corporate office, or facility management).
Strong leadership and team management skills.
Excellent organizational and multitasking abilities.
Knowledge of cleaning equipment, materials, and hygiene standards.
Ability to handle staff and maintain discipline.
Good communication and reporting skills.
Qualification:
Graduate preferred.
Diploma/Certificate in Hospitality or Facility Management will be an advantage.
