Job Overview:
We are looking for a highly organized and experienced
Housekeeping Manager
to lead our housekeeping team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for maintaining the highest standards of cleanliness, hygiene, and guest satisfaction across all areas of the property.
Key Responsibilities:
Supervise and manage the housekeeping team, including room attendants, and public area attendants.
Maintain impeccable cleanliness and hygiene standards across
guest rooms, banquet halls, lawns, restaurant, and public areas
.
Conduct daily inspections and audits to ensure quality control and adherence to SOPs.
Coordinate with the front office and maintenance departments for seamless operations.
Manage inventory and ordering of cleaning supplies, linen, and guest amenities.
Train and motivate staff, monitor performance, and ensure compliance with health & safety regulations.
Prepare duty rosters, manage shift schedules, and ensure optimal staffing.
Handle guest requests, feedback, and complaints professionally and efficiently.
Oversee deep cleaning, seasonal upkeep, and special cleaning projects as needed.
Required Qualifications & Skills:
Previous experience as a Housekeeping Manager
in a hotel or resort environment is highly desirable.
Strong leadership, team management, and interpersonal skills.
Excellent organizational and time-management abilities.
Knowledge of housekeeping equipment, cleaning products, and safety protocols.
Ability to train, supervise, and evaluate staff performance effectively.
Attention to detail and commitment to maintaining high standards of cleanliness.
Flexibility to work on weekends, holidays, and during peak occupancy periods.
Basic proficiency in hotel software systems and MS Office tools is a plus.
