Recruit, hire, train, and schedule housekeeping staff.
Supervise staff performance, provide coaching, and conduct performance reviews.
Delegate tasks and ensure proper coverage and timely completion of work.
Cleaning and maintenance:
Conduct regular inspections of guest rooms and public areas to ensure high standards of cleanliness and maintenance.
Ensure all guestrooms, public spaces, and back-of-house areas are clean and well-maintained.
Coordinate with the maintenance department to address any repairs or faults.
Inventory and budget management:
Manage and monitor the inventory of cleaning supplies, linens, and equipment.
Order supplies as needed and implement cost-control measures.
Oversee and manage the departmental budget.
Guest and staff relations:
Act as a liaison between the housekeeping department and other hotel departments.
Resolve guest complaints and service issues related to housekeeping promptly and professionally.
Enforce and ensure staff adherence to hotel policies, safety regulations, and sanitation protocols.

Pay: ₹35,000.00 - ₹50,000.00 per month
