Guest Room Cleaning: Thorough cleaning of assigned rooms after check-out and mid-stay, including dusting, vacuuming, sanitizing bathrooms (toilets, showers, vanities), and making beds.
Replenishing Supplies: Restocking guest room amenities, toiletries, linens, and beverages.
Public Area Maintenance: Keeping lobbies, corridors, and other common areas spotless.
Guest Service: Responding to special guest requests (extra towels, irons), handling lost and found items, and maintaining positive guest relations.
Linen Management: Handling the movement and distribution of linens and towels.
