About Us:

We are seeking a dedicated and experienced Housekeeping Incharge to oversee the cleanliness and maintenance of our home. This role involves managing daily housekeeping tasks, ensuring high standards of hygiene, and maintaining a safe and organized living environment.

Key Responsibilities:

Team Leadership:

Supervise and coordinate the activities of housekeeping staff, including assigning tasks and monitoring performance to ensure cleanliness standards are met.

Inventory Management:

Monitor and manage inventory of cleaning supplies and household items, ensuring adequate stock levels and proper storage.

Health & Safety Compliance:

Ensure compliance with health and safety regulations, including proper handling of cleaning chemicals and equipment.

Guest Services:

Respond to special requests and address any concerns related to housekeeping services promptly and professionally.

Administrative Duties:

Maintain records of housekeeping activities, including inventory logs, maintenance reports.

Requirements:

Proven experience as a Housekeeping Supervisor or in a similar role. In-depth knowledge of cleaning best practices, chemicals, equipment, and procedures. Strong leadership, organizational, and communication skills. Ability to train and motivate a team. Excellent time management and multitasking abilities. Ability to work independently and as part of a team. Knowledge of health and safety regulations and practices. High school diploma or equivalent; additional education or training in housekeeping or hospitality is a plus.
