not desk-based
and requires physical involvement, attention to detail, and a guest-first mindset. Live-in / overnight stay support is required as part of operations.
Key Responsibilities
Guest Room Housekeeping & Cleanliness
Clean guest rooms during mid-stay and after check-out
Make beds and replace linens and towels
Restock room amenities and essentials
Ensure rooms consistently meet guest-ready cleanliness standards
Guest Support & Service Assistance
Respond promptly to guest requests (towels, basic assistance, room needs)
Support check-in and check-out activities, including luggage handling
Assist guests with basic queries and coordination as required
Common Area & Property Maintenance
Maintain cleanliness of common areas (lobby, corridors, stairs, shared spaces)
Support outdoor and garden area upkeep when needed
Ensure hygiene and cleanliness standards across the entire property
Night Stay & Operations Support
Stay overnight at the property as required
Support late check-ins and guest needs during night hours
Assist with basic safety oversight and smooth overnight operations
Reporting & Coordination
Report maintenance or repair issues (fixtures, lighting, damages) to the manager
Follow housekeeping SOPs and safety guidelines
Respect guest privacy and professional conduct at all times
