Handle guest belongings with care and maintain confidentiality.
Report any guest complaints or maintenance issues immediately to the supervisor.
Operational Duties
Clean assigned rooms, change bed linen, vacuum carpets, dust furniture, and replenish amenities.
Follow the hotel's cleaning schedules and SOPs for rooms and public areas.
Check all equipment before use and report any faults.
Ensure trolleys and pantries are well-stocked and organized.
Adhere to health, safety, and hygiene standards at all times.
Team & Compliance
Work closely with other housekeeping team members to ensure smooth operations.
Attend departmental briefings and training sessions.
Follow IHG Way of Clean standards and procedures.
Comply with hotel policies on fire safety, health & safety, and security.
Job Requirements
Education:
High School / Diploma in Hotel Management preferred.
Experience:
Prior housekeeping experience in hotels is desirable but not mandatory (training provided).
Skills:
Attention to detail and cleanliness
Good communication skills (basic English preferred)
Positive attitude and teamwork spirit
Ability to work under pressure and meet deadlines
