Responsibilities

Clean rooms

: Vacuum, dust, polish, and make beds in guest rooms

Clean public areas

: Maintain cleanliness in the lobby and other public areas

Replenish supplies

: Replenish linens, towels, and guest supplies in rooms

Inspect rooms

: Perform thorough inspections of guest rooms to ensure they meet quality and cleanliness standards

Respond to guest requests

: Attend to guest requests promptly

Report damage

: Report damage or malfunction in hotel rooms or areas to a supervisor

Maintain equipment

: Maintain equipment in a proper state of cleanliness

Provide customer service

: Provide exceptional customer service to guests
