We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced

Senior Housekeeping Guest Service Associate

to join our team at our 9-room boutique hotel.

This role requires a strong commitment to cleanliness, organization, and guest satisfaction. The ideal candidate will have a sharp eye for detail, excellent housekeeping skills, and the ability to work independently while maintaining a warm and professional demeanor.

Key Responsibilities:

Clean and service guest rooms and public areas to the highest standards. Ensure all guest rooms are impeccably presented and stocked with required amenities. Assist with daily housekeeping operations and act as the point of contact in the absence of the supervisor. Respond promptly and courteously to guest requests, ensuring a high level of personalized service. Report maintenance issues and follow up to ensure timely resolution. Monitor cleanliness and order in back-of-house areas and storage rooms. Support and guide junior housekeeping staff with training and quality assurance. Maintain inventory of linen, guest supplies, and cleaning materials. Ensure all health, hygiene, and safety regulations are followed.

Qualifications:

Minimum 2-3 years of housekeeping experience, preferably in a boutique or luxury hotel. Strong attention to detail and pride in delivering exceptional cleanliness. Good communication and interpersonal skills. Ability to work independently and take initiative. Flexible with working hours, including weekends and holidays. Knowledge of cleaning equipment and chemicals, with a focus on safety.

Pay: ₹15,000.00 - ₹18,000.00 per month
