Key responsibilities

Guest room cleaning:

Thoroughly clean and sanitize guest rooms according to hotel standards, including making beds, changing linens, and cleaning bathrooms.

General cleaning:

Dust surfaces, vacuum carpets, sweep and mop floors, and clean public areas like the lobby.

Restocking supplies:

Replenish guest amenities (e.g., toiletries) and ensure an adequate supply of fresh linens and towels in rooms.

Maintenance reporting:

Inspect rooms for any damage, needed repairs, or maintenance issues and report them to the supervisor.

Guest service:

Respond to guest requests promptly and courteously, and acknowledge guests in a polite and professional manner.

Inventory management:

Properly handle and store cleaning chemicals and equipment, and report any missing or lost items.

Safety and security:

Adhere to all company safety and security policies, handle master keys responsibly, and ensure a safe environment for guests.

Pay: ₹16,000.00 - ₹18,000.00 per month
