Job Description

Housekeeping Duties:

Clean and maintain guest rooms, corridors, and public areas in accordance with company standards. Ensure that rooms are prepared with the required amenities and that all areas are free from dirt, dust, and other hazards. Inspect and replenish guest room supplies, such as towels, toiletries, and linens. Report any maintenance issues or safety concerns to the appropriate department. Follow safety protocols and procedures while cleaning and handling chemicals. Provide exceptional customer service to all guests, addressing their needs and concerns promptly and professionally. Assist guests with requests related to room amenities, housekeeping services, and other guest needs. Ensure guest satisfaction by responding to inquiries, handling special requests, and resolving issues efficiently. Maintain a friendly, positive, and approachable demeanor when interacting with guests.
