Oversee daily housekeeping operations at client sites.
Manage cleaning schedules and ensure tasks are completed efficiently.
Provide training and guidance to housekeeping staff on cleaning procedures and standards.
Address staff grievances and ensure a positive work environment.
Maintain grooming standards of housekeeping staff.
2. Deployment and Logistics:
Deploy housekeeping and gardening staff, including relievers when needed.
Distribute uniforms and ID cards to sites.
Collect and report staff attendance and other relevant documents.
3. Client Relations and Compliance:
Maintain positive relationships with clients and address their concerns.
Ensure compliance with cleaning standards and safety regulations.
Report maintenance issues and ensure they are addressed promptly.
Manage inventory of cleaning supplies and equipment.
Address customer complaints related to housekeeping services.
