- Housekeeping Faculty

Location: BCCM, Knowledge Park 3, Greater Noida

Salary: ?35,000 - ?40,000 per month

Experience: 2-5+ years

Industry Preference: Hospitality / EdTech

Requirement: Ability to conduct both theory lectures and practical sessions

Overview:

BCCM is looking for an experienced and knowledgeable Housekeeping Faculty to train students in Housekeeping Operations under the Hotel Management program. The ideal candidate should possess strong subject expertise, practical industry experience, and the ability to deliver skill-based training effectively.

Key Responsibilities:

Conduct theory and practical classes on Housekeeping Operations, Cleaning Procedures, Linen & Laundry Management, Materials & Supplies, Guest Room Preparation, and Public Area Maintenance.

Demonstrate practical housekeeping techniques including bed making, room setup, handling cleaning equipment, chemicals, and safety practices.

Prepare lesson plans, study materials, SOPs, and practical demonstrations as per academic curriculum.

Assess student performance, maintain attendance and evaluation records, and support examination activities.

Train students in grooming standards, professional etiquette, and service quality.

Guide students during workshops, housekeeping labs, events, and industrial visits.

Coordinate with academic and operations teams to ensure smooth delivery of sessions.

Requirements:

Bachelor's or Master's degree in Hotel Management / Hospitality.

2-5+ years of industry or teaching experience in Housekeeping Operations.

Strong knowledge of housekeeping tools, chemicals, SOPs, and hotel cleanliness standards.

Excellent communication and classroom management skills.

Ability to conduct engaging and hands-on practical sessions.
