Job Responsibilities:
Supervise and coordinate daily housekeeping operations to ensure cleanliness, hygiene, and upkeep of guest rooms, public areas, and service areas.
Inspect rooms and public areas regularly to maintain high housekeeping standards.
Manage housekeeping associates' schedules, tasks, and performance.
Ensure proper inventory management of linens, amenities, cleaning supplies, and equipment.
Maintain records of stock, usage, and requisitions.
Ensure correct usage of chemicals, machinery, and cleaning equipment.
Coordinate with other departments (Front Office, F&B, Engineering, etc.) for smooth operations and guest satisfaction.
Handle guest requests, feedback, and complaints efficiently.
Support the Housekeeping Manager in audits, reporting, and administrative tasks.
Key Skills & Competencies:
Strong leadership and supervisory abilities.
Knowledge of housekeeping operations, chemicals, inventory control, and inter-department coordination.
Good communication and interpersonal skills.
Attention to detail and commitment to service excellence.
