Staff and operations management
Supervise, train, and schedule all housekeeping staff.
Organize daily operations, allocate workloads, and ensure efficient task performance.
Conduct regular meetings with staff to ensure proper communication.
Quality and cleanliness standards
Ensure guest rooms and public areas are clean, tidy, and meet hotel standards.
Conduct regular inspections to monitor quality and address any maintenance issues.
Implement and maintain high standards for hygiene, safety, and aesthetics.
Manage inventory of all supplies, including linens, cleaning agents, and guest amenities.
Budget and administration
Develop and manage the annual housekeeping budget.
Implement cost-control measures to manage expenses effectively.
Oversee supply requisitions and manage the stock of all necessary items.
Maintain records, such as time logs and lost-and-found items.
Guest and interdepartmental relations
Handle and resolve guest complaints and requests related to housekeeping promptly.
Coordinate with other hotel departments (like maintenance) to ensure seamless guest experiences.
Work to provide exceptional customer service and ensure guest satisfaction
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: ₹25,000.00 - ₹30,000.00 per month
