Key Responsibilities:
Supervise and inspect housekeeping staff and areas.
Maintain cleanliness standards across the property.
Manage inventory of cleaning supplies and linens.
Coordinate with other departments for smooth operations.
Handle guest complaints and ensure satisfaction.
Requirements:
Diploma/Degree in Hotel Management preferred.
1-3 years of relevant experience.
Strong communication and leadership skills.
Flexible to work in shifts.
