Responsibilities
Supervise and manage daily housekeeping operations
Inspect guest rooms, common areas, and back-of-house spaces regularly
Ensure compliance with safety and hygiene standards
Train and mentor housekeeping staff
Manage inventory of cleaning supplies and linen
Coordinate with maintenance staff for repairs and improvements
Oversee scheduling of housekeeping staff to ensure optimal coverage
Handle guests' inquiries and complaints promptly and professionally
Prepare and manage the department budget
Maintain records of housekeeping activities and ensure compliance with company policies
Job Types: Full-time, Permanent
Pay: ₹25,000.00 - ₹28,000.00 per month
